Our goal is your complete satisfaction with your Bunker Mart purchase. If you receive a product that doesn't meet expectations, we're here to help.


RETURN WINDOW


You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return, subject to the conditions below.


RETURN CONDITIONS


  • - Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • - All original accessories, manuals, and materials must be included
  • - Products must be in resellable condition
  • - Consumables (batteries that have been discharged extensively, damaged, or modified) may not be returnable
  • - Battery must be at approximately 30% state of charge for return shipping

RETURN SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS FOR LITHIUM BATTERY PRODUCTS


All portable power stations, expansion batteries, and lithium battery products sold by Bunker Mart contain lithium-ion battery packs classified as Class 9 Hazardous Materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).


Return shipping requires specific handling:


Approved carriers: FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (with hazmat declaration required)


NOT approved: USPS (cannot accept lithium batteries over 100 Wh), air freight (ground only)


Packaging: Original manufacturer packaging strongly preferred (DOT-certified for the product)


Important: Contact us at returns@bunkermart.com BEFORE shipping any return. We will provide the correct return address and required paperwork.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN


Contact us at returns@bunkermart.com or sales@bunkermart.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:


  • - Your order number
  • - Reason for return
  • - Photos if the item arrived damaged
  • - Your preferred return method (customer ships or Bunker Mart arranges pickup)

We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions specific to your product and location.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS


If item arrived damaged or defective: Bunker Mart covers hazmat return shipping via FedEx/UPS Ground


If item is unwanted or ordered incorrectly: Customer covers hazmat return shipping. Typical hazmat shipping cost: $75-250 depending on unit weight and destination.


Hazmat pickup arrangement: Bunker Mart can arrange FedEx or UPS hazmat pickup at your address for $50-100. This includes:

  • - Preparation of Class 9 hazmat paperwork
  • - Coordination with the carrier
  • - Compliance with DOT return shipping requirements


DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, make note of it when signing for delivery. If items arrive damaged, send photos to returns@bunkermart.com immediately. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.


CANCELLATIONS


  • - Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing without penalty
  • - Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee
  • - Once an order has shipped, cancellation is treated as a return (subject to return conditions)
  • - If your order has shipped, you are also responsible for actual return shipping charges


REFUND PROCESSING


  • - Refunds are issued to the original payment method used when placing your order
  • - Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
  • - Total return process (shipping + inspection + refund) typically 15-25 business days for lithium battery products
  • - Refunds include product cost only, not original shipping (unless product was defective)
  • - If a return is due to damaged or defective product, both shipping and product cost are refunded


MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES


All products carry manufacturer warranties (typically 2-5 years depending on brand and product). For warranty claims after the 30-day return window, contact us at returns@bunkermart.com and we'll help route your claim to the appropriate manufacturer.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS


Products delivered damaged or defective are replaced at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for defective items.


RESTRICTIONS


  • - Custom-configured items may not be returnable
  • - Items damaged by user error, misuse, or unauthorized modification are not returnable
  • - Products used commercially or for purposes other than personal use may not be returnable
  • - Products that have been discharged extensively, opened, or modified from original condition are not returnable
  • - Batteries showing signs of damage, swelling, or leakage cannot be returned via standard shipping
